Starting in January, we are thrilled to welcome Aisling to the team! (pronounced Ash-ling) ✨

Aisling is an Irish Physiotherapist who moved to Sydney in 2023. With a background in Sports Rehabilitation and a Master’s in Physiotherapy, she brings extensive experience in women's health and musculoskeletal care. Passionate about supporting women before, during, and after pregnancy, Aisling focuses on holistic care, safe return to exercise postpartum, and helping women stay active and strong. 🤱🚴🏋️‍♀️

You will see her friendly self in the clinic on Wednesdays and Fridays.

We love our new native Australian flowers in the clinic this week, almost as much as we love Olive and Bee 🌸 🐝 ✨.

Olive and Bee is one of our most popular products - a beautiful made blend of olive oil and beeswax that works as a vaginal moisturiser, lubricant and massage oil.

Fun fact - the vase holding the flowers is handmade my Tus, who dabbles in pottery in her spare time.
