Supported postures, gentle stretches and slow, mindful breathing. Your body softens, your mind quietens, and the usual busyness of life slowly begins to dissolve away. This practice asks very little of you, except to show up and let go.

‘Supported Stillness’ – Restorative Practice at the Wall, is coming up on Saturday 30th August at 1pm 🙏

In this 2-hour session, John will guide you through:

✨ Legs-up-the-wall and other wall supported postures

✨ Gentle hip openers and twists

✨ A long and deep savasana

With the wall and props for support, you’ll release tension, restore energy and balance your nervous system. No experience is necessary and everyone is welcome.

We know how many of you enjoyed Steven’s first pranayama, meditation and yoga nidra course — so we are bringing you another one 😄

This September 3rd-24th, join him for a 4 week journey every Wednesday evening, 7.15–8.30pm for

PRANAYAMA, BANDHA + MEDITATION - A PROGRESSION ⚡️

This is a great opportunity to build the foundations of your pranayama practice, explore key yogic breathing patterns, and discover the three main bandhas (energetic locks) used in yoga practice.

Each class will begin with a gentle warm-up to prepare the body to sit, followed by an exploration of different breathing rhythms, meditation, and a long, restful savasana to absorb and integrate what you’ve learned.

If you missed the first course, don’t worry — you’re still warmly welcome to join. Anyone with a basic level of yoga experience can take part 🙏🏼

In case you missed it, Hayley taught her final classes before heading off on maternity leave last week.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who came along to say goodbye (for now), and for all the kind words, cards, and thoughtful gifts. It was a beautiful reminder of how special and generous our community is — and it meant the world to her 😍

We soon welcome back Jules (who is returning from acting commitments in September), Marine (who’s just starting teaching again after having her own bub), Matt and Sarah, and some of our other fab teachers you know will be jumping in to help 🫶🏼

This next month is a big ol’ team tetris affair and then from September things should be more consistent with our schedule.

Expect long-held, gentle shapes drawn from the Iyengar tradition— viparita karani (legs up the wall), supported twists + hip openers, and a long shavasana to close.

Perfect for anyone seeking:

— relief from physical and mental fatigue

RELEASE OF THE THE HEART 🧡

A YOGA AND ACUPUNCUTRE WORKSHOP WITH and

This 2-hour journey is designed to gently melt down the dualities of our likes and dislikes, cravings and aversions — those protective layers that often create blockages in the heart centre — Anahata.

Through breath, movement and stillness, we’ll explore practices that reconnect us to our natural state of openness and compassion.

This workshop will begin with a mindful yang-to-yin asana flow to awaken and soften the body, specifically exploring the upper body, shoulders, chest, back and spine. We’ll then transition into deep rest with Yoga Nidra and heart focused acupuncture offered by TCM practitioner Georgie Giuliano.

Come along and dive in as we soften, expand and release the heart.

Some prior yoga experience is recommended.
