Full body Massage 1.5hr - $70
Includes: back, legs, arms, abdomen, chest & face

Full body Massage 1hr - $50
Includes: back, legs, arms, abdomen, chest & face

Half hour Massage - $30
A combination of the above eg; back, arms, chest & face; back & legs; back & arms etc.

15 minute Chair Massage - $15
Includes head, neck & shoulders

I am reminded constantly while massaging - abs strong, spine long- to keep correct posture!

Essentially sucking your belly button towards your spine realigning your pelvis which automatically opens the chest and brings the shoulders back, lengthening the spine.

Does me wonders 🙌
