headspace is part of the National Youth Mental Health Foundation. Cost-free service for 12-25yrs. Would you like to book in with headspace Esperance?

If you ever feel that you are feeling down, stressed or worried; can't deal with school, bullying or struggling with friendships or want to talk about contraception, sexual health, sexuality, identity or relationships, drinking or drug use then headspace Esperance is a safe place where you can come to have a yarn about any of these issues. We provide early intervention services to young people aged 12 to 25. If so, please download and complete our referral form and return it to us at headspace.e@hopecs.org.au. From 4 – 26 June, we will be pushing for better, together. Your goal for the challenge will be 3,214 push-ups (or alternative exercises), which sadly represents the number of lives lost to su***de in Australia in 2023 💚🌎
