Welcome to Twilight Yoga Studio
As it’s been an amazing past few years creating this beautiful inclusive space for so many new, experiences, young and older clients to enjoy.
Our aim was to create a comfortable, safe and encouraging studio suitable for all ages to attend and to allow all students to further their own yoga journey.
Melisa Rowe is the owner and founder of Twilight Yoga Studio, her Yoga journey began five years ago after completing her Yoga Teacher Training in Bali in December 2016. After hopping from venue to venue for the first six months she decided to create her own space to call home. Within a two week period the studio was painted, decorated and opened for it’s first classes on the 1st of July 2017.
The initial classes such as Vinyasa Flow, YIN, Chair, Morning Gentle Yoga, Lunchtime Power Yoga & Teen Yoga have all been well attended. With recent new classes such as Hot Yoga (Bikram Sequence), Hot Vinyasa Flow, Kids Yoga for Ages 3-17, Surfer Boys Yoga have seen an added increase in participation at the studio.
