It’s healing energy that gently runs to where it is needed, shifting your stagnant energy, as it is no longer serving your highest good.🫶🏼 It’s energy, emotion and body balance, connecting you with your inner chaos, inviting in harmony. It’s shedding the layers being revealed to you in a safe space.🥹 It’s relaxation and pure unconditional love rolled into one.

Absolutely loved having my beautiful mum tucked in on the bed this morning to receive some loving.😍 Mum has been in the wars for the last 6 months and she was finally able to get up on the bed and thoroughly enjoyed being nurtured!❣️❣️

Are you honest with the person who reflects back at you? ✨🪞✨
Are you in her way?
Is she waiting for you to listen?
Do you trust what her whispers~ intuition and soul essence are trying to tell you?
Does she look tired or are her eyes clear and full of life?
Does she feel balanced?
Is she in tune with her body?

Is she waiting for you to step into your power, step out of your comfort zone towards your growth and passions.. bring back your spark and happiness?

A beautiful client once told me that I was like a Ninja and that my Holistic Healing sessions were like a gentle Ninja slap to the face! 🥷🤣
Ive never forgotten it, because sometimes I feel like we all need a little gentle Ninja slap! 🙊
The wake up, the shake up! The reminder that we are still cycling in the same pattern, not being honest with ourselves and expecting others to do the work for us. Only you can change you and your life, it’s a conscious, daily choice and a commitment to your happiness and wellbeing. 🍃🍃

The quick fixes don’t work do they?
I believe it all starts by being honest with the person in the mirror. She’s patiently waiting for you to ‘get out of your own way’
and listen to what she needs. Be open to receive `what’s for you’ without standing in her way. 🫶🏼

If you haven’t ever tried a little soft mirror gaze, nows the time. Maybe ask yourself some tough questions, you might be surprised at how truthful your reflection responds. 💖
Remember you can only change what you are aware of.
Our energy doesn’t lie, and if we take a good honest look, we will see what it’s trying to tell us.
Self Awareness is key.

Sharing this thoughtful act of kindness💛

Last week whilst my mum was waiting for surgery in Perth after a recent accident, she received these yummy treats and attached note delivered to her room from the hotel reception.🥺Such a lovely surprise for mum and so very thoughtful and caring by the staff @ Courtyard by Marriott (attached to Fiona Stanley hospital)

It’s definitely the little unexpected, acts of care and kindness that can bring a big smile to your face when you need it most.☺️

Back home resting now, beginning her healing journey.❤️‍🩹

Reflecting in heart felt gratitude for an extremely busy year in my sacred little healing space.🪷🪷

A year that felt like time was in fast forward, and forever in “playing catch up” mode!
(Not sure I ever actually caught up! 😂)

There was a big shift and increase in many beautiful souls beginning to put their holistic well-being first, with
many now scheduling regular pre-booked nurturing treatments in advance.

I have lovingly held space for many gorgeous souls this year, through the duality’s of life there was a lot of love, nurture, laughing, crying, elation, spiritual stories, disappointment, joy, extreme grief, sadness and absolutely everything in between, for all of it I am grateful, very honoured to be trusted as a safe space to play a part in your healing journey. 🙏🏼
Really special energy exchanges of giving and receiving have taken place, that is for sure.☺️

Thank you all for another year of amazing support, I love my work and I also love each and every experience I have with you all.🫶🏼

I celebrated a very special human and her 80th Birthday in my healing room last week.🥳💐
Marg loves her regular treatments and has previously told me, that these days she doesn’t go on many holidays, receiving her regular nurtures are now her holidays. 🥰
We laugh, chat and solve the problems of the world together. I look forward to her hugs, her big smile and gentle, kind energy each and every visit.

The universe showers us in abundance in so so many ways!
I have a little story to share ~

Last week I enjoyed a week in Perth having some down time, visiting 2 of my daughters.💞💞

My trip began with finding a $100 note at my feet (thank you universe!) and ended with receiving the most special type of abundance of all ~

On our way to the airport, my daughter and I narrowly (seconds) missed being hit by an idiot running a red light, doing very high speed, as we entered a busy intersection in Fremantle. Skimming in front of us, so close!

It was extremely scary and we were very shaken up and angry, loosing any trust we had in the oncoming traffic lights.
Both realising what had just nearly happened!

The abundance behind this near crash was that only seconds before a man had accidentally stepped out of his car into the path of my daughter (not seeing us) and then stepped back with a smile and a wave, mouthing sorry, resulting in us having to come to a near halt.
I truly believe this man was an Earth Angel for us in that moment, if we hadn’t slowed down completely for him before we entered the intersection, seconds later we would have encountered the speeding idiot just in time to t-bone us in her little car.

Someone was definitely looking out for us in that moment and we both gave a big Thank you!✨🪽Immediately both realising the turn of events that just prevented the accident. Divine timing for sure! 💫
