Yoga is back for 2025

A new timeslot for after lunch movement and pre school pick up and the after school activities!

Tuesday 1.30-2.30pm at the Cannery Yoga room.

Starts 11th Feb and runs for 8 weeks finishing 1st April.

The usual arrangements. If you pay upfront for 8 classes $20/class.

Casual attendance is $25/class.

A beautiful practice for

Would you like to work with me in 2024?

From relaxation and meditation, low carb living, health coaching with my new programme “The Lifestyle Edit”, to intuitive guidance and mentoring, movement, healing and so much more, I am back at work in a slightly different way in 2024.

GROUP CLASS
One group class for in person movement and relaxation, think more balance and restoration than a “workout”. My philosophy is all about mindful and intentional movement, healthy backs and mobility, linking breath with the body, a unique method that complements other exercise perfectly 🙏🏼 This class will be suitable for all.

7 weeks. $25/class. $20/class if booked for entirety of term.

Class by enrolment only. Even if you can make just a few please enrol asap for a February 6 start. 6 people minimum for this session to go ahead.

ONE ON ONE COACHING AND CLASSES
Combine coaching with one on one Pilates, Yoga, Meditation or Yoga or a combination of all depending on your goals. Weekly, fortnightly or monthly sessions and blocks available and tailored for you.
Online coaching available via zoom or in person.
Limited availability so please express interest via messages.

My coaching and mentoring philosophy includes low carb living, lifestyle change, a unique inside out approach to mental and emotional wellbeing, and spiritual growth as a pathway to true health and wellbeing.

Hi everyone

Due to event preparation at the cannery, Friday 24th November has been cancelled and rescheduled to Friday 17th.

The remaining 2 weeks of Pilates & Yoga for this term is therefore on Friday 10th & 17th.

Group Mentoring is being held on the 17th. We are talking about Cortisol and why it is so bloody important to understand it’s role 😊

This Friday at 9.15-10am, join me for Contemporary Pilates.

This form of Pilates is a little different. I use this movement to keep my back and joints healthy and pain free.

The focus is on moving with growing awareness. Awareness of how your body works, and how to move it well. It brings together moving with the breath and how the pelvic floor fits in with that.

It is slower than what you may be used to with other Pilates, we are not moving to get the burn or to fatigue our muscles.

Instead we move the spine and body through all different ranges of movement so that you can feel open, softer, flowing, more supple, stable and strong.

It is an ideal supplement to ALL other types of movement; Pilates, Yoga, Gym, Cardio and Sport. It’s not one being better than the other, just different and brings balance.

Wondering what group mentoring is all about?

Over the remaining 3 sessions I’ll share health related topics in a very relaxed casual environment.

We will do a little meditation, I’ll share information and resources with you, and we will chat about the topic and how it’s relevant for you.

If you’re a little unsure but interested please don’t hesitate to reach out for a chat.

The first topic will be Insulin and the following fortnight, Cortisol.

We will discuss WHY these are possibly the two most important hormones to know about for your health, and what YOU can do in your life to optimise them both.

I’ll be sharing with you how we ACTUALLY change our lifestyle for the rest of our lives that doesn’t involve willpower and quick fixes.

For a fabulous afternoon, come along to restorative yoga at lunchtime and we can roll straight into this session 🙏🏼

I’m teaching these 3 classes on Fridays at the cannery each FORTNIGHT.

Class attendance is casual and pay on the day or I can pass on bank details. $20 for Pilates and $15 for yoga.

Dear friends,

This term I am experimenting with teaching again. With very little notice for you to arrange schedules…🙈 I am offering the following:

4 Fridays this term each fortnight.
3 sessions to choose from or attend all!

New students very welcome and all sessions generally suitable for all.

Healthy Back for Life
Ideally attend all 4 sessions for progressive learning.
Mindful and intentional movement integrating breath and pelvic floor activation.
The aim: easeful movement, growing connection and awareness to and of the body.
The result: less creaks and stiffness…more energy, vitality and range of movement! A free body!
$20 per session

Restorative
Stretch and relax in your lunch break to recharge, rest and restore. Gentle poses held in restful positions. A short 1/2 hr class.
$15 per session

The Lifestyle Edit
A group mentoring session designed for anyone wishing to improve their health and well-being through lifestyle. Ideally attend all four sessions for progressive learning.

Previous coaching clients attend at 1/2 price. These sessions go beyond tools and techniques and integrate new teachings 🙏🏼

Leek, Bacon and Broccoli Frittata

I used butter and cream instead of coconut oil and coconut cream because I am feeling the nourishment of that right now, but obviously if you are dairy free or need a dairy elimination for a while, use coconut version instead! (Gut healing reasons…)

I didn’t make the bacon vinaigrette, but that would be yummy, and instead just included bacon in my cook up with all the veggies, then just added the frittata egg and cream mix.

Basically I just changed the recipe…😂
If you want my written up version let me know and I’ll put it here!
