Run by Nurse Practitioner, Michelle Fitzgerald, Timeless Treatments offers a wide range of aesthetic medical treatments including: wrinkle relaxing, volumising and skin treatments Michelle loves the perfect mix of artistry and science her job provides and prides herself on employing her years of experience and training to achieve results for clients that are both precise and remarkable yet natural. Crucial to achieving this is understanding how each client is individual with unique concerns and assets, and considering these when developing a treatment plan that will work for them. Michelle's experience in cosmetic non-surgical medicine extends both clinically and academically. Michelle has worked with premier plastic surgeons, physicians, nurses and therapists in the Cosmetic field in Ireland, the UK and ultimately Australia since 2005 and as a Registered Nurse since 2003. Michelle holds a double (bachelor) degree in Nursing/Health Promotion and a Masters of Nurse Practitioner. A combination of Michelle's advanced practice and securing her Masters degree ultimately enabled her to gain the position as Australia's First Cosmetic Nurse Practitioner. Michelle feels the ultimate compliment a client can receive after having treatment is “You’re looking really well!” rather than “what have you had done?”

Providing lip volume may, for some individuals, help support overall facial balance. In this case, the patient’s eyes are a natural focal point, and a subtle adjustment to the lips was tailored to complement her features.

Happy Mother’s Day to all the mums out there — especially the legend that is my own mum.

To those missing someone special today — whether it’s your mum, your child, or someone else close to your heart — I’m thinking of you and sending all my love.

We couldn’t make it to the annual Mother’s Day Classic walk this year — second year running — but we’re committed to getting there next year.

In a beautiful twist of fate, my daughter’s dance school was invited to come down and cheer on participants, which gave us a lovely way to stay connected to the event.

Next year, we’ll be back walking in memory of our beloved sister and daughter-in-law Mandie, and my dear friend Dan.

Happy International Women’s day! Celebrating with a couple of silly selfies with my daughter Róisín and her fave song 💜
My son came home today quoting a statistic he learnt at, his all boys, school. Equality for women at the current rate of progression is not predicted until 2158. He was shocked, I wish I was. As the proud mother of 2 boys and one girl I truly hope that it is instead in her lifetime.
Róisín you are strong, smart, and capable of achieving anything you set your mind to. Never let anyone dim your light. Keep dreaming big, standing tall, and making the world a better place ✨ ✨ ✨

So what do we mean when we say “Natural-looking” results?
Well my intention is always to stay true to my patients’ natural features and simply make them look like their best selves rather than overly “done”.
In this first picture I am almost 30 years old and I have been working in aesthetic medicine for approximately 6 years. The second picture is one I took the other day after a long stint in clinic, I am now in my 19th year in aesthetic medicine. I definitely think I look older - it’s been 13 years! But I’ve prided myself on trying to keep my skin in the best condition possible, treating myself to regular, subtle treatments as a form of maintenance.
I’m very far from perfect, I’m just me. I hope I still look like me even if deep down I wouldn’t mind being closer to Margot Robbie 😆. I also think that even though it’s been 13years without the aid of skin treatments I wouldn’t have faired as well. I have many clients sharing similar sentiments about either looking the same or, often, better than they did 5-10yrs ago when they started their treatment journey.

Swipe left for a picture of me when I was 24ish. I had only had wrinkle reducing treatment once (a little heavy in the brow you may notice 😳). That’s my before (excuse the blush and eyebrows 🫣), I’m so old I can’t find a true adult before as it was before iPhones or social media 😉
