🌿 Farewell & Thank You, Elie & Meg 🌿
This week we say goodbye to two very special members of the Move Wise Osteopathy team.
Elie will be finishing up today, and Meg’s final day will be Tuesday the 16th of December 2025

Elie & Meg, thank you for the care, compassion and professionalism you’ve brought to our patients and our clinic. You’ve each made such a meaningful impact, and we’re truly grateful for the time you’ve shared with us.

As we transition through these changes, Dr Rob and Dr Sonia will be assisting all patients to ensure you feel completely supported, comfortable and taken care of. Our priority is continuity of care, and we are here for you every step of the way.

This week is all about shining a light on the health and wellbeing of women in our community. As osteopaths, we are passionate about supporting women through every stage of life – from adolescence to pregnancy, postnatal recovery, and beyond.

What an awesome opportunity to speak to these lovely people on Saturday at Studio Pilates Essendon!

Navigating through the chaos of information of exercise recovery and injury prevention can be daunting and challenging particularly if you’re being held back due to injury or just don’t feel right after you move! This workshop worked through some challenges on what’s the most effective in exercise recovery techniques but also worked through challenges we face when preventing injury particularly in women of all stages of our lives.
