Dr Terry, ChiropractorHengyu Lin (Terry) is a registered chiropractor originally from Hong Kong, now based in Australia. With a foundation in Clinical Medicine from Sun Yat-sen University and a Master of Chiropractic from Macquarie University, Terry brings a unique blend of Eastern and Western healthcare perspectives to her clinical approach.

She has hands-on experience in musculoskeletal care, patient communication, and healthcare support across massage clinics and chiropractic settings. Fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Hokkien, thus she connects well with diverse patient backgrounds.

Terry is trained in various chiropractic techniques including Diversified, Drop-piece, Activator, Gonstead and holds certifications in Dry Needling and Face/Shoulder/Neck massage. Terry believes that clinical outcomes not only from manual skill but also from the trust and rapport built through confidence and compassion. Computers and phones being a pain in the neck?
We spend much of our days in front of a computer and on the phone and whether you’re studying, working or gaming, doom scrolling isn’t all you need to worry about when you’re spending too much time on your mobile devices!
Over time, extended non-ergonomic use of your devices can lead to poor postures and you may experience ‘tech neck’ or tension neck syndrome, which can impact your long term spinal health and lead to more than a few aches & pains.
