One of the most significant benefits of joining a 6-week challenge is the built-in support system and accountability. BOXING 🥊 One of my all time favourite styles of training!!
A little bit about my experience in this field.
I grew up doing taekwondo and became a black belt 2nd Dan at a young age, and also competed in the Victorian Teakwondo team.
I then found a love for boxing as I began training at a boxing focused gym at the age of 15 which is where I ended up starting my personal training career, at age 18. I trained with some elite boxing trainers with many years experience and absolutely loved it and really wanted to fight and put all my training to use but they encouraged me not too unless I was prepared to end up with a smashed up face haha 😂 So, I decided I would continue to train as if I was going to fight but never had a fight in boxing! Through this experience (18 years ago) I have trained many women & men over the years in boxing but now my focus is just women and I absolutely love helping them get the most out of their boxing session. Your stance,
form & technique is so important to ensure you are getting the most out of the workout!! I always say, boxing isn’t just an upper body workout, your legs should be just as fatigued as your arms! Anyway, enough about me, if you want to learn more on how to box correctly and get an amazing all over body sweat sesh in, either come down to one of our boxing sessions in our Mums Group fitness program or a private one on one PT session, that will put you through your paces and have you leaving energised and pumped!! 👊🏽🥊👊🏽🥊👊🏽🥊👊🏽🥊

The best part about my job is, not only do I get to witness their fitness journey but I get to see their growth as a healthier and happier version of themselves! The positive impact then flows into their family and everyday life, is something so special to see!

is an absolute weapon and I can’t wait to put her through her paces this year and see how far she can go!! She brings her 4 boys to her PT sessions even, if it’s chaos but, she is now dedicated to being a healthy, fit and strong Mumma to keep up with her 4 very busy boys!
