Many unresourceful patterns, beliefs and behaviours are instilled in us before the age of 7, a time when our mind was like a sponge soaking up everything around us. They served us well but many are simply not true, needed or empowering. Many are unconscious to you and so largely have been completely out of your control. In fact they often limit every aspect of our adult lives.
This could be the reason for your overwhelm, stress, fatigue, depression or anxiety - automatic thoughts which lead to automatic behaviours. It was for me.
Self awareness is key. When we know better, we do better.
