Greetings beautiful soul family 🥰

As 2025 closes out I would just like to take this opportunity to thank each and everyone of you for being here and for your support 🙏

Many of you I've had the pleasure of meeting in person either socially or through healing and some of you even though I've not connected with in person, I absolutely see you and appreciate your presence here....you all mean the world to me and because of you I get to live my purpose and embody a deep sense of fulfilment....THANK YOU! 🫂

This year has brought so much change, so many lessons and blessings and as I sit here this evening I can honestly say that I am so full of love, gratitude, purpose and alignment. 🥹

As I soak up the beautiful Zen vibe of my beautiful space and reflect on everything that has transpired this year I feel truly overwhelmed at the incredible shifts and gifts I have received 🙌

If any of you are feeling lost, disheartened or just need a safe space to let go of what the year was or move through the fears of the future...I am here for you now and always ♾️

The next full moon on the 5th is already being felt by many……. things are being drawn out of us and ‘pulled’ to the surface so as to align with the energies of truth, exposure and honesty. For those caught in loops, old patterns or who have been unwilling to sit in unfiltered self-reflection, the next few weeks may feel particularly uncomfortable and confronting. The powerful frequencies of growth and evolution and the momentum that has generated means that there will be nowhere left to ‘hide’ for those still in patterns of avoidance, denial, ignorance or stubbornness.

Those speaking statements such as ‘I can’t do this anymore’, ‘Why me?’, ‘When will I get a break’ or those who have settled into a pessimistic yet familiar state or resolve will experience more and more situations to amplify these feelings and statements until they slowly start to realise that everything they are feeling and experiencing is coming from within. This is a time to actually have the courage to pause and review your interactions and relationship with yourself, your colleagues, your children, your family and your close friends and partner if you are a couple….sit with the emotions that surface in each of those connections and notice how it feels in your body.

It's time to ‘upset the apple cart’ so to speak and to openly and honestly communicate with yourself and others so that you can move through some of the discomfort in your life and start creating positive change and outcomes through accountability and integrity. YOU are the one who must initiate the conversations needed and create change in areas where you feel powerless, dissatisfied or disrespected. The higher purpose behind everything you are feeling and experiencing is to awaken you to your divine power of creativity and capability so that you fully understand that you have the ability to shift and change ANYTHING in your life that feels out of alignment or heavy.

Take a few moments and notice how the avoidance of what you need to address, and change feels in your body…….does it feel light and free or does it feel like a stone weighing on your heart and keeping you stagnant? Difficult conversations, honest communication and patient self-awareness are the keys to your liberation, happiness and peace……..the stories you tell yourself (whether aloud or in your mind) shape the life you live, the quality of your mindset and wellbeing and the relationships you share with others. You can purposefully steer your ship to calm waters or you can let go of the helm and hope you don’t crash onto the rocks!

The beauty of this period in humanity is the powerful currents of energy flooding our planet that invoke collective healing, growth and elevation. Your honest communication can be met with more compassion and a deeper understanding by those you seek out for guidance and direction. There is no shame in vulnerability, it is the most profound act of courage and it invites others to do the same to cultivate a space of deeper emotional exchanges that lead to incredible, heightened heart centered intelligence resulting in clarity, direction, purpose and soul deep fulfilment and joy.

You are not broken, you are not stuck, you are not unworthy and you are not 'too old' to experience a life filled with happiness, love, abundance and connection……you are just running out of excuses and acting and living from frightened parts of your personality that are now seeking healing, wholeness and release! Do not allow fear and old stories to rule over your mind and life, connect to your heart and liberate yourself from everything dense in your life that feels heavy or suffocating. You are incredibly powerful and more than capable of creating a life of joy……help is available for you and there are many healers who deeply understand not only this energy, but also where you are at and how to guide you towards the light and divinity of your own heart and soul!

Apologies for my absence in this space....I've been travelling, gathering, cocooning and growing in my own quiet way as individually and collectively we move through the waves and shifts happening right now 🌱 (ha ha no I am not immune to this growth phase and have come to welcome them!😂)

This powerful new moon in Scorpio beckons us to face the deepest depths of our soul to face and shift the shadow aspects of our ‘hidden selves’. As we move closer to the end of this month and the energetic peaks that follow, there will be a flooding of light in both a physical and internal sense. Solar flares and elevated frequencies not experienced before are amplifying and creating a surge of powerful energy designed to illuminate old paradigms formed from agendas misaligned with our natural divinity.

During this time many will see the truth of their own hearts and habits and that of others around them…..this does not serve as a platform for judgement or shame, rather an awakening to self and an opportunity to step into a more conscious and empowered version of yourself and to purge any limiting or ‘old’ patterning that are veiling your true abilities and magic.

This is a time to step into the blazing light so that everything but the honest truth is dissolved and all that remains is the vulnerable rawness of your pure self without falsehoods, illusions, masks, pretences, obligations or lies. All that was build on a foundation of deceit or denial will fall away so that a new foundation forged from integrity, authenticity and divine alignment can arise and lead you to your highest evolution and deepest soul wisdom.

This can be confronting as many realise that control and manipulation…..even perceived as good intentions are still control and manipulation. Hiding things from your spouse to avoid stress, conflict or shame, people pleasing to receive validation, forced pleasantness to remain included or steering conversations and actions towards your own agendas (even if they are loving) or biting your tongue to escape difficult conversations are ways in which we intentionally control and manipulate others in order to feel safe and comfortable.

This way of being unfortunately covers an avalanche of unspoken desires, supressed emotions, diluted frustrations and caged expression…..this is society’s pressure cooker and the lid is about to blow! We are already seeing it in children and many others as we clamber to numb, medicate, label and avoid what’s really unravelling in our hearts, bodies and minds. It’s time to stop running, avoiding and denying what is happening within us and around us as a species and to strip bare the layers of conformity, comfort and convenience we have wrapped around ourselves for so long.

This is not to be feared……this is to be revered as a reckoning to awaken us to our own inner magic and to finally embrace the truest version of our most divine innate being! Imagine how liberating and refreshing it would be if people could just openly and honestly express their vulnerabilities from a place of love, not fear and if that truth were received with compassion and forgiveness instead of condemnation, hate and judgement……this is a potent time of revelations and a level up of unprecedented proportions!

Move slowly and gracefully into this period and start to get comfortable with vulnerable conversations of truth and allow yourself to hold space for others to express themselves without judgement. Be patient, kind and compassionate with yourself and others as the veil is pulled back to illuminate the light of truth. This is an ancient remembering coupled with a new surge of awakening that will elevate our consciousness and intuitive abilities to unimaginable new heights…….go forth courageously towards the light and let it burn everything that needs to be released so that you can rise like a phoenix from the ashes of all that isn’t true! ♾️

With the recent new moon and solar eclipse, many of you may be experiencing a fresher outlook on things and a little more energised and optimistic. This current energy represents newness on every level…….it’s a time of new beginnings, new habits, new ways of thinking and being and new approaches to old situations. As with many new beginnings, this too symbolises endings and ‘deaths’ of old patterns, old cycles and outdated relationships, jobs and internal processes that are holding you back.

This ‘new’ energy is bold, spontaneous, courageous and enlivening…….you may decide to quit that job, book that holiday, express how you feel to someone, leave a person or situation that feels stagnant or embark on an exciting new path and take a leap of faith. You may feel more inclined to just act instead of procrastinating and endlessly ‘thinking things over’. This is a time of action, decision making, focus and optimism encouraging you to confidently move towards your hearts desires!

For some, there will be ‘loose ends’ to take care of first and this can present itself by means of certain areas in your life becoming intolerable…..whether you reach your final straw at work, or a situation within a relationship reaches ‘boiling point’ or you just decide ‘enough is enough’ and decide to make radical changes in your life to move towards more positive outcomes and solutions. For those of you who have been following here…..this ties in with the ‘anything is possible’ energies that have been streaming through, however this frequency is also enmeshed with an awakening vibration that prompts aligned action and heart centred purpose.

Centering yourself and being present within your body, mind, soul and surroundings is vital right now….it can be easy to get ‘floaty’ in this energy so be mindful of ‘drifting off’ and stay connected by drinking plenty of water, being barefoot outside as much as possible and as always connect with nature and find places where you can be still, quiet and just immerse your senses into your environment and connect with the sounds, sights, sensations and guidance surrounding you. Be patient and seek out your intuition, connection to higher realms and your own innate remembering of your natural essence and abilities to create, manifest and awaken to the deeper truths stirring within you.

There is no need to continually turn over old stones in your hand…..look up, look around and decide what you want to experience, what you want to create, how you want to show up in the world and what you want to give. This is a time of connection, compassion, community and consciousness….there is a mass awakening occurring and many will be seeking out like minded souls to expand their hearts, sharpen their minds, awaken their souls and heal their bodies….there is no need to walk this path alone or to feel isolated on your journey. This is a collective level up designed to invite in connection, vulnerability and openness and also to form new relationships and to grow your circle with aligned souls and those who will further activate your evolution.

Surrender with faith as you move through these changes and shifts and know that everything is happening for a reason……understand that some things need to be revealed so that you can reassess the situation accordingly, this is especially true for yourself. It will become more difficult to ‘lie’ to yourself about things that matter to you, or areas that you are avoiding or denying within yourself. Please know that courageously applying honesty and integrity to yourself and the world around you is far easier and yields so much more joy than living in denial and constantly talking yourself in or out of stories that are clearly no longer serving you…..get honest, get real and be kind and loving with yourself in the process……it’s not a punishment, it is a gift and revelation you are denying yourself through fear and perceived comfort.

Embrace this momentous time in humanity and awaken to the magic around you! It’s time to step out of the shadows and shine brightly in the authentic truth of who you REALLY are!

Good morning to all of you beautiful souls out there 🌞

I thought I'd do a little(ish) channelling for those of you feeling the waves coming at us strong and fast right now 🌊 (see channelling below for deeper insight 👇)

This current phase represents higher heart intelligence and self reflection so that you can become aware of what you're holding onto and the beliefs you're speaking and acting from 🍃

I've been really immersing myself into this energy and looking at the stories and or beliefs I've been operating from and where they originated and if they are still aligned with my values and goals.....I unlearned and learnt a LOT! 🙌

Life is an experience to embrace from your own authentic heart space and what lights you up....I have been Embodying this more and more and have created some incredible experiences in the process, but more importantly my INTERNAL world is the most calm, grateful oasis of peace and happiness I've ever had 😌

These past few months have been wonderful times of connection with the souls nearest and dearest to me, making memories with my girls, enjoying the sacred space of our little home, holding space and healing for others, getting outside and immersing in nature more and also spending time cultivating my mind, heart and spirit into a state of trust and surrender whilst also consciously taking aligned action towards the life I desire 💗

I honestly feel f*cking incredible and have liberated myself from so many of my own ceilings and limitations whilst allowing flow and releasing the default of control and react....the results come with a magic of their own ✨️
