A powerful little exercise for moments of stress …bring in the calm 🙌🏽

Stress is normal. Staying stuck in it doesn’t have to be.

You’re human — you’ll feel overwhelmed, lose your temper, overthink.
But with the right tools, like breath training, you can recover quicker and respond with calm instead of chaos.

Take a moment….consider your breath….I know breath work is everywhere, but how is our ‘functional’ breathing…moment to moment…is it nasal? Is it in our chest? Our breath is so intrinsic in our state of being…yet overlooked as a way to heal, to calm, to live our longest and strongest life. The gas exchange that takes place in our bodies is fascinating and magical…the workings of Carbon Dioxide and Nitric Oxide I’m sure are just a fraction of what’s really going on… and what do we really know about it? And how can it help us in our day to day existence?
We will be doing a group course soon…in the hills of Eudlo…so if anxiety and the stressors of existence play heavy on your being…or if you’re breathing is laboured in any way…come and learn how to use your breath as a tool. It’s fascinating but also soo very useful in healing through oxygenating on a cellular level. Dates to be announced soon! 🌬️💨

Hi all, unfortunately due to family bereavement we are having to cancel Sundays Deepening Buteyko session. Apologies and thanks to all who responded. Hopefully we will be able to offer another one in the next few months. 🙏

We’re looking to run our next Deepening session for graduates of any Buteyko training on Sunday 24 August. Focus on “Mental Health & the breath” as well as usual refresh of practices.
