This challenge is designed to help build strong, sustainable habits that support your body, mind & nervous system.
Setting foundations & creating a routine that will keep you consistent all year.
Over the 28 days, you’ll commit to 4 sessions per week, choosing the movement that best serves you. Classes, Gym and Recovery all count towards the 4 sessions.
