INTRODUCING CHAD - PT & GROUP FITNESS
My journey into fitness began at 20 when I first put on the gloves and stepped into a boxing gym. What started as a way to get fit, quickly turned into a competitive passion—I went on to have 18 amateur fights over 3.5 years.
At 24, I joined the Australian Army, During my service, I completed a Heavy Weapons course and was posted to DFSW Platoon, where I continued to build discipline, mental resilience, and a deeper understanding of physical performance.
In 2019, I became an ADF-certified Fitness Leader, running PT sessions from section to battalion level and signing off on assessments.
Then came 2020—and with it, a new challenge. With boxing on pause, I took up running and entered the Adelaide Half Marathon, which sparked a whole new love for endurance. A year later, I won my first full marathon on Kangaroo Island, and from that point, I was all in. Since then, I’ve completed:
* 2x 100km ultramarathons
* 2x Backyard Ultras (BYU)
* 2x 50km races
* 4x full marathons (42km)
* 4x half marathons (21km)
* 1x 36km alpine trail race in the Austrian Alps
After discharging from the Army I jumped straight into completing my Cert III & IV in Fitness, working as a PT in Coolum with clients ranging from kids to professional athletes.
