Structural Energetics & The Central Core

How posture and movement are influenced by our psycho-emotional states. Our fascial network system is the most emotionally intelligent & responsive system due to it's electromagnetic frequencies, neuro-electrical charges & fluid nature.

Structural Energetics is a method of addressing the myofascial trains & their correlations with the Chinese medicine meridian landmarks. These body maps trace kinetic chains of muscular engagement, revealing how tension patterns in the tissues can be attributed to a person’s sensory state.

The fascial network system engulfs the entire human, acts as a global tensegrity model & affects all parts, on either a subtle or gross level. Structural Energetics approaches the core imbalances & compensatory patterns.

The Central Core enables you to balance the tissue patterns for the three states of protection. You will harness a deep understanding of the interweaving beneath the surface & the mind-emotion-tissue connections. You will gain valuable insight into the correlations of myofascial & Chinese medicine meridians. You will refine an articulate, effective & easeful approach to working with the structural body, bones & sinews. Structural energetics listens to the unique expression of each person & how they have perceived & responded to life.

Conceived, gestated & birthed.

Celebrating our freshest qualified Pregnancy Zenthai Therapists. We finally birthed this course in Melbourne/Naarm in November. As they say with raising children, it takes a village, it certainly felt this way. Everyone pitched in - Gertrude Street Yoga's beautiful venue, mats from the Dojo, epic pregnancy models, books, many old & new friends, the blessed gift of newborns, toddlers & pregnant assists. Having the joy, innocence & wisdom of young-spirted energy in the space was the ultimate experience. There was so much ease, honour, depth & connection over the five day portal.

I birthed Pregnancy Zenthai in 2017 through the sheer need & desire from the community. Years of teaching pregnancy massage within the diploma of remedial massage, mentored by my uncle in fertility & pregnancy acupuncture, integrating my remedial approach, it was surely time to foster these practices & develop Pregnancy Zenthai. The work evolved with a dear sister sharing her wisdom of ancestral birthing portal, cultural understanding from native ways & the practices of rebozo.

The next portal is fertilisation & maturation stages. 2026 will see the exciting birth of new Pregnancy Zenthai Teachers, Pregnancy Zenthai Online & the launch of our first postpartum care module. Again, an organic process emerging from listening to the whispers, rather than a grand master plan. I'm hearing your call & feel deeply grateful for those who hear it too. I'm honoured that other therapists & teachers will offer my Pregnancy Zenthai training, around the globe, expanding this sacred practice far & wide.

Many come to the trainings to become experts in this field, specialise their offerings, some come to be confident & safe in treating pregnant clients, others come for the community reunion, & everyone walks away with a more refined offering for their clients.
