Your nervous system notices everything, even when you don’t!

Modern motherhood moves fast. It’s easy to believe we just need to 'push through' the overwhelm but your body and mind keep score.

When we rush all day without pause:

✨ Our breathing stays shallow - tricking the brain into staying on high alert.

✨ Our shoulders tighten, posture collapses - signaling to the body that we’re not safe.

✨ Dehydration and lack of sunlight drain energy and dull focus - adding to the sense of mental fog.

These micro habits may seem small, but they directly soothe your nervous system. Each mindful breath, sip, stretch and sunbeam tells your brain: You’re safe. It’s okay to soften.

Intentional living isn’t about perfection. It’s about interrupting autopilot one gentle pause at a time, so you don’t lose yourself in the rush.

✨ Save these simple shifts, and practice them. Notice how different your day feels when you choose to slow down on purpose.

Hello lovely people,

Most of you will know this page as a health and wellness space from the days when I was running bootcamps and working as an online health coach.

I’ve always loved this community and the way you’ve shown up, whether it was for healthy recipes, workout ideas, or just a little encouragement on busy days. I chose not to shut this page down because deep down, I knew the people here are exactly who I created my next chapter for: mums. The same mums who once trusted me to help them look after their health are now the mums I hope to support in a new way.

So, here we are: a new season, a new name, but the same heart.

Aesira Studio is my love letter to mums who want more than survival. It’s a place for clarity, intention, and beautiful tools that help you plan a life that feels as good as it looks; in the messiest of seasons and the busiest days!

This page will now become a dedicated space for all things Aesira Studio: planning tips, gentle reminders, sneak peeks, and of course our signature product: The Planner for Mums.

I know this won’t be for everyone, so if this season no longer serves you, please know how grateful I am for your support over the years. Thank you for being here.

Expectation: She’ll choose a sweet little storybook or something educational.

Reality: A glittery diary with a lock, a key, and a necklace. (I didn’t even hesitate 😅)

If you were a 90s girl, you know the magic of hiding your dreams, sketches, and drama behind that tiny silver lock. 🔐

Honestly? This moment made me more emotional than it should have.

There’s something so quietly powerful about watching her be drawn to pen and paper in a world that moves fast and constantly online. I’m so happy she reached for a place to think, to feel, and to call her own 🥹

It felt like a little nudge from the universe, one that I’ve been needing lately 🤎 A whisper that said, keep going… this is it.

THIS is exactly why I’m creating a luxury planner for mums. There is so much beauty in the rawness of handwriting. In the reflection that only happens when we slow down long enough to meet ourselves on the page.

✨ Because pages hold stories.

✨ Because writing things down still matters.

✨ Because our daughters are always watching, and sometimes they inherit the most beautiful parts of us.

Hey Mama, I just want to remind you that you don't need a grueling workout to prove your strength.

Sometimes a short walk or a 10-minute home workout is all it takes to feel amazing 🧘🏼‍♂️

And the fact that you're finding time to move your body around your little ones is just incredible.

You're teaching them that exercise is important and you're also taking care of yourself.

Remember, it's not about the intensity of the workout, but the consistency.

So even if it's just a few minutes, keep showing up for yourself, moving, and setting an example for those little ones!
