Grounded Mind Meditation Friday 10am and Tuesday 7pm, 1 hour class for adults. No experience necessary. Guided Meditation & M Grounded Mind Meditation, simply noticing.

The sun rises and sets every day like your breath rising and falling and when we stop to notice this and really be with it, we can see that miracles are possible, gratitude is great and life ain’t that bad :)

A guided experience in meditation and mindfulness. Supporting you with:

•Stress issues
•Relief from the incessant chatter of the mind
•How to calm that negative self-talk
•Relaxation and calming techniques to relieve tension in your physical body
•Relief from these everyday stressors that can take such a toll on our whole self, body, mind, emotions. Meditation can support many areas including:

•Activating the Relaxation Response (opposite to Flight or Fight mode)
•Boosting your immune system
•Can enhance your pain tolerance
•Lowering high blood pressure
•Improvement for fibromyalgia and even psoriasis sufferers
