The EHMC and Evans Head Health One collaboration is off to a great start and is now offering preventative GP services including health checks and skin checks.
Evans Head Health One is a comprehensive facility available free of charge to our community run by the Northern NSW Health District. Other services available include child & family health nursing, counselling, community nursing, dietetics, physiotherapy, paediatric psychology, occupational therapy, podiatry, speech pathology and women's health.

This is a varied and rewarding position where you’ll be the first point of contact for our patients and play a key role in the smooth running of our practice. Your responsibilities will include:

Welcoming patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
Managing phone enquiries and appointment bookings
Updating patient records and handling billing
Supporting the team with general administrative duties

💼 What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a positive attitude to work every day. Ideally, you’ll have:

Previous experience in administration (medical reception preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
A commitment to confidentiality and patient care
Flexibility to cover staff leave when needed
