Behind the sarcasm, random analogies, and occasional “everyone needs to lie down immediately” energy… I’m deeply passionate about this work.

What I offer through Cosmic Prana comes from lived experience, years of learning, curiosity, and a genuine desire to help people feel safer, calmer, and more connected within themselves.

Because life can feel loud.
Our nervous systems carry a lot.
And I truly believe we all deserve spaces where we can soften without pressure, performance, or needing to have it all together.

So while there’ll probably always be a little humour woven through what I do (because honestly… being human is weird sometimes), the heart behind it is very real 🤍

✨ Tomorrow 9:30am | Yoga Nidra Class ✨

Tomorrow we have our next Monthly Yoga Nidra class. Yoga Nidra is an ancient practice that you do nothing but lay down and listen to my voice while I guide you through various stages that allow you to switch off the ‘thinking brain’ and access your subconscious brain and plant seeds of change.

As we move into May, we enter the element of Ether — the space that holds everything.
Ether is not something we can touch or grasp; it is the quiet vastness in which all experience unfolds. This month invites spacious awareness, subtle connection, and a soft expansion beyond the physical body. In this practice, we explore the pause between breaths, the stillness beneath thought, and the quiet sense of unity that exists when we allow ourselves to rest deeply.
There is nothing to achieve - only space to be.

Class is currently 1/2 full.

✨Tuesday 11am✨

Slow, floor-based (or chair based) movement followed by laying down relaxation, designed for busy minds, tight bodies, and humans who are mildly overstimulated by modern life 🫠

Includes:
✨ gentle movement
🌬 guided breathwork
🌙 meditation & deep rest

Perfect if:
• you struggle to switch off
• you struggle to get out of your head
• meditation sounds good but your brain says “absolutely not”
• your nervous system needs a soft reset

No experience needed.
No flexibility required.
No pressure to be zen.

Come join us for a deeply restorative and calming session tomorrow (Tuesday 5th) at Shadow&Light 11am, $20 exchange. ❤️‍🔥

Slow, floor-based movement for stiff bodies and busy brains.🤯
We move a little, breathe a bit, then lie down and do absolutely nothing (in a structured very relaxing way).
*Chair yoga ticket available for those who can’t do floor work. 🌙

This class is for;
• People who can’t switch their brain off
• People who “should probably relax” but don’t know how
• People who think meditation isn’t for them
• People who are just… a bit tired…… basically everyone. 💗

✨NEW CLASS ✨

The Mindful Movement, Breath & Deep Rest trial was a success… which means it’s here to stay 🤍

It ’s a slow, mostly floor-based (or chair-supported) practice designed to gently guide you out of the busy mind and back into your body. We begin with simple, mindful movement… linking breath to body, allowing awareness to shift inward without force.
From there, we move into guided breathwork — not to control the mind, but to give it something steady to land on… so it can begin to quieten on its own.
And then, without needing to try, we arrive in stillness. The final part of the class is a guided meditation where the body is already softened, the mind a little quieter… making it easier to drop deeper and access that more subtle, subconscious space.

No pressure. No perfect way to do it. Just a gradual unwinding.
This space is here to support:
• feeling more grounded
• creating a bit more room inside your mind
• building your capacity to stay steady through life
• softening stress and tension
• calming the nervous system
• planting small, lasting shifts …and may be be just feeling a little more at ease within yourself.

Class runs for around 60–75 minutes.
This class will now run fortnightly on Tuesday mornings at 11am during school terms.

Beloved humans—I'm looking at birthing a NEW Mindful Movement + Meditation class, and I’d love a few kind souls to help me test the space and the flow.

We’ll move slowly, breathe deeply, and land back in the body—grounded, present, and softly restored.

✨Tuesday 21 April · 11:00am.
✨$5 energy exchange for trial.

This is also a practical harmony-check: Jess will be in the treatment room at the same time, and we’re testing how we can share the space without interrupting each other.

Still feeling the afterglow from this afternoons cacao & sound healing session 🤍

There’s something about cacao that softens things… opens the heart just enough. And then the sound carries the body into rest, letting the nervous system unwind in its own time.

A quiet reminder that receiving is just as important as giving.

To be held, supported, and simply part of a space like this — especially with other women — is something really special.

And it also reminded me why I care so much about creating these kinds of spaces in my own work.

Spaces where you don’t have to perform, figure anything out, or hold it all together…
just arrive, be supported, and let your system soften.

It matters more than we realise 🤍
