Our team at My Physio My Health has a special interest in lymphoedema physiotherapy services, including the use of the pneumatic compression pump.

This device uses controlled air pressure to gently move obstructed lymph fluid back toward the torso, where your body can process it naturally. It helps reduce lymphoedema and lipoedema in the limbs.

Not suitable for everyone - always consult an accredited lymphoedema provider before starting treatment.

Our GLA:D® Hip & Knee Program is an internationally recognised, evidence based program designed to help people with hip or knee osteoarthritis.

✔️ Reduce pain
✔️ Improve strength
✔️ Move and function better (and avoid surgery where possible)

The program includes:
• 12 supervised exercise classes over 6 weeks
• 2 education sessions (these are FREE for participants who participate in supervised exercise classes)

🗓 Education sessions run on the 1st & 3rd Monday of each month at 5:30pm

Spots are limited. All patients are required to book a 1:1 assessment first to ensure suitability for the program.

Tom holds a Master's in Physiotherapy and has a special interest in lower limb management and return to sport. He is a passionate clinician helping our clients reduce their pain and regain their mobility and function.

Known as a "people person," Tom brings a friendly energy to the clinic - he's currently accepting new patients at our Starplex Gawler location.

We’re excited to have Luc join the My Physio My Health – Gawler team, bringing his expertise in sporting injuries and chronic pain. He holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) from UniSA, with experience in aged care and as a soccer trainer ⚽

Outside of work, Luc enjoys hiking, the gym, soccer, footy and spending time with his family. He speaks English and basic Serbian 🇷🇸
