served 2 day kids meditation course.
found my triggers, difficulties, inner child wounds and so on. Some kids were a bit challenging 😥 It was only 2 days but I learnt so much.
And this journey will continue!

You are so much more than a physical body living in a physical world.

Within every atom of your being is a luminous, intelligent, creative essence.

Earth, sun, moon and stars are all made of this one essence.

Soul, spirit, god, goddess, the universe, life force, divinity, creation, existence, life, the eternal self, are just some of the ways we refer to this energy.

‘This energy” what ever you choose to call it, is what you truly are.

I use the word “what" instead of “who”, intentionally, because you are so much more than one identifiable identity.

We are all so much more.
