Dearest Dancers 🌺
I'm off to the Path of Love for 10 days so I will be away for the next 2 Wednesdays. On October 15th - Michelle Mahrer will be holding the space. She is a deeply sensitive 5Rhythms teacher and below is a snippet she's written. Enjoy!

Looking forward to offering 5Rhythms next Wednesday. I have been teaching 5 rhythms for 14 years and am also a Dance Movement Therapist. My passion is to awaken the dancer within us all, that place of inner aliveness that is our essential nature. Wednesdays class we will dance with the inspiration of the Rhythm of Lyrical, the 4th rhythm in the 5rhythms movement map. The Rhythm of lyrical invites us to lighten up and open to the magic of life, to see with new eyes and an expanded vision.🥰
