What would you recommend in Winter season for face and skin Maintenance ?

- Stick to a good skincare routine , especially focussing on hyaluronic acid serum complemented with and . These two ingredients are essential for improving skin barrier

- Skin boosters are great for winter time. Basically delivering essentials like vitamins , minerals, hyaluronic acid, amino acid directly into the skin.

- Improving collagen production - either with Biostimulators or Polynucleotide (Rejuran) to stimulate your fibroblast cells to make those good collagen. Remember with aging process the fibroblast cells become senescent or non functional. So it’s even more important to stimulate these cells before they become senescent
