Dear Patients,

Due to the ongoing COVID situation, all GP consultations will move to telehealth consultations only until August 2.
This centre will open from 10am today to book a telehealth consultation. Please call 97235555 or book online to schedule an appointment. We apologise for any inconvenience caused

The new operating hours are:
Today, Thursday 29th: 10am - 5pm
Friday 30th to Monday 2nd Aug: 9am - 5pm
During this time Fairfield will be telehealth only.
