We understand that life gets busy and it can be hard to find the time to do them but they honestly do not take very long and will save you money in the long run as you'll need fewer visits.

A few reps here and there can dramatically improve your condition, and it's that feedback of feeling better that will make you WANT to do them more often!

This usually happens when your hip flexors have grown tight and weak from doing all the work instead of your glutes and core. These 5 moves strengthen the right muscles so your hips move better, so that clicking can start to go away.

Give them a go!

Here are 5 simple exercises that can help fix it:

✅Glute Bridges – 3 sets of 12 (squeeze your bum at the top)
✅Dead Bugs – 3 sets of 10 each side (keep your core tight!)
✅Clamshells – 3 sets of 15 (use a band if you can)
✅Leg Lifts – 3 sets of 12 each leg
✅Lunges – 3 sets of 10 each leg (go slow and steady)
