R U OK? Not just today but any day.

We know a simple question can open the door for connection, and at Community First Step, we empower each other to check in and ask, 'Are you ok?'

Remember: ask sincerely and answer honestly because 'no' is an answer too.

It's more than just a question—it's a lifeline.

STOP before you click—is the message genuine?
CHECK the sender’s details—email, phone, and links.
PROTECT yourself & others—report scams, change passwords, and share your story.

Stay alert, stay safe!

Emotions can be overwhelming when your body reacts before your mind knows why; however, understanding emotions starts with three simple steps:

1. Pause,
2. Identify, and
3.Name

Programs such as Tuning into Kids and Youth Workshops focus on the development of healthy communication to improve conflict resolution and build resilience over time.
