🏋 “Lifting weights will make my osteoarthritis worse.”
One of the BIGGEST myths we hear from men.

Pain or stiffness isn’t always “just getting older.” Early osteoarthritis can show up sooner than you think.

Signs to look for:
◽️ Morning stiffness >30 mins
◽️ Joint pain after activity
◽️ Crunching or grinding

Last weekend, I had the opportunity to further my MLD (Manual Lymphatic Drainage) knowledge with Mariana, CEO of Integrative Lymphatic Draining.

Over three days in Sydney, we did a deep dive into the lymphatic system and how manual treatment can be used to support overall wellbeing.

This training is going to be such a valuable addition for the Inform Physiotherapy community. MLD can support people with oedema and lymphoedema, pre- and post-surgical fluid retention, chronic inflammatory conditions, constipation and IBS, as well as stress, anxiety, and depression.

This holistic therapy is also a nurturing addition to CS scar and abdominal release along with our existing remedial treatments.

I’m so excited to integrate these skills into my treatments and continue supporting your health and recovery.
