Using kinergetics, reiki and/or art therapy I give you a platform to improved health, self empowerment, self esteem and self confidence. Each session is personalised to the uniqueness of who you are. Whether it is creating a healthy body through kinergetics, a relaxing experience to alleviate stress and bring calmness and wellbeing through rieiki, or using creativity to bring insight and self awareness through transpersonal art therapy, I have a session that may be of benefit to you.
