We offer personalised Yoga & Pilates for menopause, postnatal recovery, mobility, pain relief & longevity so you can move safely and confidently at every stage of life. Hi I’m Ange, welcome to Wise Moves Yoga, where we are creating a healthy and supportive community through yoga! I have been a certified yoga instructor since 2014, and lead classes that explore flexibility and movement in new ways, bringing new meaning to the way we see and participate in yoga. I have always loved that the physical act of yoga not only helps improve your physical strength and wellbeing, but reduces stress and releases endorphins. Now I get to share these practices during my classes, helping reduce stress and improve moods in a safe and positive environment while improving flexibility, strength and overall physical health. Providing yoga classes in Falcon and to the larger Mandurah area, here at Wise Moves Yoga we have a variety of classes including:

Some days the window is tiny, ten minutes between everything else you’re holding. If that’s your reality too, I see you. A little movement can still shift a whole mood.

If you’re someone who wants to feel open, calmer, and more connected to your body without needing a full practice, this mini‑ritual is such a gentle way back to yourself.

Here are the six shapes I choose when time is short:
✨ Supported Pigeon — soften the hips
✨ Runner’s Lunge — lengthen the front body
✨ Butterfly — release the inner thighs
✨ Child’s Pose — settle the nervous system
✨ Forward Fold - reset the whole back line
✨ Downward Dog — Find length, Find breath. Find Space.

Some days we meet each other on the mat.
Other days, we meet each other in the wild;
in the saltwater, on a hike, up a mountain, traveling, in the quiet corners of our homes,
in the messy, magical rhythm of real life.

Our teachers are women who carry whole worlds inside them.
Mothers. Sisters. Creators. Wanderers.
Women who rise early, love deeply, laugh loudly,
and return to the mat not to perfect themselves,
but to remember themselves.

This weekend, we honour the women of WiseMoves;
not just the shapes they make,
but the stories they live.
The softness and the fire.

Eclipses close chapters, reveal what’s been hidden, and make space for what’s meant to come next.
