Meet Tegan – Our New Remedial Massage Therapist!

We’re excited to welcome Tegan to the team. With a Diploma of Remedial Massage and a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science, she brings expert knowledge of the body and a passion for delivering personalised, results-focused care.

Tegan joins us from October 23rd, with appointments available Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.

Today we said goodbye to our much-loved Exercise Physiologist, Clare De Salis, as she finishes up at Peak Health Canberra.

Clare has been such a valued part of our team and has brought warmth, care, and expertise to every client she’s worked with. While we’re sad to see her go, we’re so proud of her as she steps into an exciting new chapter.

As we farewell Clare, we’re also excited to welcome Juan Canon, our new Accredited Exercise Physiologist. Juan brings years of experience and a passion for helping others, so we know you’ll be in great hands.

Clare, thank you for everything. You’ll be deeply missed!
