Faulconbridge Health Centre FHC is a family GP practice in Faulconbridge NSW We also provide some local listings of support groups contact information. We can answer general queries only.

The FHC page is about getting practice information to our patients easily, as well as providing some extra health tips and latest health news in a simple and easy to read format. FHC Bulk Bills for Pensioners, Health Care Card holders and children under 16. For a standard consult the cost is $80.00 and we can do your Medicare Rebate instantly at the practice. After-hours care for FHC is provided by the Home Doctor service, you can contact them on 13-SICK (13 7425) after 5pm weekdays, after 1pm saturdays, and all day sunday. You can contact us via email at reception@fhconline.com.au, but please note that no clinical matters will be discussed via email with patients. We will endeavour to get back to you within 24 hours, but public holidays and weekends may take longer. If you have an urgent question, the best method of contact is via phone on 4751 2211.
