🎉 EBUS Service a milestone achievement at Knox Private Hospital! 🏥

Yesterday marked a significant step forward for our team at RSDC — we performed the first-ever EBUS (Endobronchial Ultrasound) at Knox Private Hospital!

This milestone was made possible through the skill, dedication, and collaboration of Dr Chuan Foo, Dr Ali Aminazad, and Dr Aidin Mohajeri, along with our amazing support team in management and theatre.

🚀 This is just the beginning. We’re excited to be expanding our respiratory diagnostic services and enhancing access to advanced pulmonary procedures for patients in the eastern suburbs.

💡 EBUS is an important part of lung cancer screening program and plays a critical role in minimally invasive diagnosis and staging of lung diseases, including cancer — and we’re proud to bring this essential service closer to home for our community.
