Pathways Physiotherapy is the new leading physiotherapy clinic in Melbourne's outer eastern suburbs.

Located in Ferntree Gully, Pathways Physiotherapy is a Physiotherapy and Pilates studio with a singular goal; To get you on a pathway to better health. Passionate about health and fitness, our therapist at Pathways Physiotherapy work with a number of local personal trainers and gym instructors to help overcome annoying gym-related injuries, which have the potential to limit training and performance. Common gym-related injuries include shoulder, back and knee pain, as well as running-related shin and foot pain. Pathways Physiotherapy have worked for a number of years, hand in hand with noted surgeons developing rehabilitation programs and treatment to help you recover from your surgery, to get you back on your feet sooner. Together we encourage our clients to be active, healthy and happy!

Two weeks ago we hit pause on the usual clinical chaos and ran one of our favourite traditions - Pathways Team Culture Day.
We had a bit of everything -
✔️ Pickleball 🏓 (competitive, chaotic, and a surprising window into team dynamics!)
✔️ Core Values in action 💜 – team members called out moments in the clinic, where others truly lived our values
✔️ DISC personality profiles 🦸‍♀️🦸‍♂️ – not just theory, but a practical look at how we better understand, communicate, and support one another
✔️ A vulnerability exercise using "Vulnerabili-tea" 🫖 cards – a moment that brought insight, trust, and a few goosebumps
The result?
More clarity. More connection. And a team that left the day not just laughing together, but working better together.
Culture isn’t a poster on a wall. It’s how you show up when it counts. And I’m proud of how our team continues to do just that.

👋 Meet Daniel — our new Leading Physiotherapist at Pathways!

Daniel’s passionate about helping people not only recover from injury but also learning the tools to stay pain-free for the long haul. With a strong background in treating shoulders, tendons, and hips, he’s also a bit of a machine himself - juggling marathon running, powerlifting, and guitar riffs on the weekends. 🎸🏋️‍♂️🏃

As our new Leading Physio, Daniel will be working closely with our team to support clinical development, mentoring, and high-quality care - and we’re stoked to have him on board.

Now, full disclosure… he does barrack for Collingwood — but we’ve decided to look past that minor flaw.

If you’re recovering from a tricky shoulder or tendon issue — or just want a Physio who’ll back you every step of the way - Daniel’s your guy.
