If I were trying to fall pregnant in 2025,
the very first thing I’d look at is…
✨ the pace of my life.
Not supplements.
Not tracking apps.
Not protocols.
I’d start by asking:
→ Am I constantly rushing?
→ Have I left any space for me in my own life?
→ Am I overcommitted to everyone else — and under-nourishing myself?
Because fertility doesn’t thrive in urgency.
It needs space. Slowness. Safety.
It needs a body that isn’t stretched thin just trying to keep up.
What I’ve noticed in my clinic is this:
So many women arrive exhausted — not because they aren’t “trying hard enough,” but because they’ve been giving so much of themselves away.
To work.
To family.
To expectations.
To the invisible mental load that never lets up.
And when the body is constantly in output mode, there’s often very little energy left for creation.
This is where Kinesiology offers something different.
It helps us tune into what your body is actually holding, what stress it’s under, and how to gently bring it back to a place of rest, rhythm, and readiness.
✨ If I were preparing for pregnancy, I wouldn’t start by doing more.
I’d begin by doing less — and tending to the pace of my life.
