As Christmas arrives, I’m really aware that this season can land very differently for different people.

For some, it’s joyful and full.
For others, it’s quiet, heavy, complicated — or just exhausting.

If you’re feeling connected and content, I hope you soak it up.

If you’re grieving, overwhelmed, estranged, burnt out, or just relieved the year is nearly over — you’re not broken, and you’re not alone.

You don’t need to be grateful, cheerful, productive, or “making the most of it.”
Sometimes getting through the day gently is more than enough.

Wherever you are today, I’m sending warmth, steadiness, and compassion your way and the botz are sending cuddles.

And if Christmas isn’t your thing — that’s allowed too. 😉
