What sort of yoga is on Saturday and Sunday mornings?

I’ve always said come to me to learn yoga, so you can do yoga in other classes.

When you come to a class with me we break down common poses so you can play with them in your flow classes with ease and precision to avoid injury.

You will find the common poses in this breakdown format in the Foundation Yoga section on the app. Included in all paid packages.

If you have downloaded the app but not made a profile by clicking on the ‘Login’ do so now to gain free access to all paid content for the rest of the year.

It’s time to claim your unused packs/passes/gift cards!

As 2024 comes to a close and so many new beginnings are happening at YogaSol in 2025 this also includes shifting over to a new booking and payment system.

We have THOUSANDS of people in our data base and some still have outstanding packs/passes and gift cards purchased before we downsized.

When we make the migration to a new system the payment data will not migrate across. We will not be able to access your payment history or gift card history. We are unsure if you will be able to access it after we close down our end, so nows the time to log in to your account and check your payment history.

So we ask over the next 6 months to come and enjoy a yoga class, massage and not let it go to waste.

Packs and passes hold a 12 months expiry while gift cards are valid for 3 years. If you are unable to get to us in the next 6 months to use your gift card (and no longer have the physical card) please reach out now so we can take note.

For those who attend regularly for yoga and massage we will start to migrate you over as you use up your passes/packs so there’s no need to worry, we’ve got you covered.

We aim to move to a new system by June 30th, 2025. If you have any questions feel free to send us an email at [email protected].
