tive. Yoga Express Relaxation (YER) a 45 minutes’ class combining yoga and meditation to relax the body mind and soul. Hatha Yoga Daily Group Classes great from beginners to regulars – A classical yoga that focuses on balancing the polarity energy in the body by using postures that promote health, strength, flexibility, balance and wellness. With a maximum of 10 students to a class allowing the teacher to fully work on your potential. Flow Hatha Yoga Daily Group Classes also from beginners to regulars – This type of yoga link the movements learned in Hatha Yoga into a flow of movements, adding a cardiovascular component that promotes weight lost while getting all the benefits of Hatha Yoga. A maximum of 10 students to a class allowing the teacher to spend more time with you. Private Personal Yoga and Meditation classes for individuals, organisations, and teams.
