āœ… Pick a base carb – rice, quinoa, couscous, pasta. Cook once, portion many.
āœ… Add a protein – eggs, chicken, mince, tofu. Keep it simple but flavourful.
āœ… Pack fresh crunch – lettuce, cucumber, cherry tomatoes hold up well.
āœ… Snack smart – pre-bag fruit so it’s grab-and-go (bonus: it stops you raiding the chocolate tin at 3pm).
āœ… Repeat meals – less variety = less decision fatigue. You don’t need 7 different recipes to eat well.
