Adding another class to week!

All classes held at 13 Anzac Parade, Finch Hatton.

Calisthenics is a form of strength training that uses an individual’s own body weight as resistance to build muscle, endurance, flexibility, and coordination.

Minimum 2 people for classes to go ahead so grab a friend and do it together!

All levels are welcome and please ensure you pre book through message before every class.

Not long until the espresso bar opens for food and beverage so you can make a whole morning ritual!
