these can be put in freezer and used as a cold pack. Lupin seed holds heat longer and having sewn lines these products never lose shape and are light weight, beneficial around neck. Australian made.

Hot Stone Massage or any other of my massages - all include laying on a warm table and soon a weighted blanket to make it even more soothing, back is always finished with a hot towel. Mmmmmm

For me to give you the best treatment, feedback is the key.

Being sore the next day is a natural healing response, not everyone’s recovery is the same and there is no right or wrong. But if it feels too much for you, I can adjust my treatment to help.
