Do you sometimes worry that you don't feel or 'see' as much as other Reiki practitioners?

You do a meditation or healing session and 'just' feel the warmth of the energy (and most likely relaxed), while those around you see colors and all sorts of other fancy things!

It can sometimes feel like you're doing things wrong, that you're not as good at Reiki as others.

Healing Cleanse?

Sometimes when we do deep healing work, we encounter what I call a 'healing cleanse'. This could be physical or emotional and it can be challenging.

But if it is happening to you as a result of your Reiki practice, then see it as a promissory note from the Universe that good things are on the way.

All you need to do is 'tie yourself to the mast and sail through the storm'. Then, you'll typically soon find yourself enjoying clear skies, beautiful horizons and sparkling sunshine.

You just need to have the courage to keep going with the clearing work.

Healing for Cancer. Help Needed.

Pammy, a lady in our extended community, is suffering from lung cancer and is about to have part (or all) of a lung removed.

So we're hoping you can send her a little distance healing. It doesn't have to be a lot, but every little helps.

Navel Chakra Reiki Practice Night - This Saturday

Before you are born, there is one energy centre that connects you both to 'universal energy' (chi) and the physical world (through the umbilical cord) - and that energy centre is the navel chakra.

Just letting you know that we’ll be holding our 1st Reiki practice night of the year tomorrow, from 5:45 pm - 7.15 pm in Fitzroy North. The event is almost full, but we still have four places left and we’ll be focusing on the Third Eye, so you’ll have a blast if you can make it.

The 3rd eye (6th chakra) is known as the 'command centre' for the chakras since it helps to keep them all balanced and healthy.

Critical for intuition and all extra-sensory perception, strengthening your 3rd eye will help all of the healing you do.

It will also help you with:

- Enhancing clarity of thought and insight
- Strengthening visualization abilities
- Improving concentration and focus
- Accessing inner wisdom and guidance
