Classes are running on their regular days with slight time alterations. You can attend in person or via zoom at a reduced rate.

From the 1st of October, Nina will be moving all classes to the same location.
You can book a block of 4 weeks and attend any one of the three classes on the schedule.
Classes can also be attended casually at a slightly higher rate.

Bookings are absolutely essential as class sizes are capped - and for that reason it is also essential that you follow cancellation policy of 12+hrs before class starts.

Class schedule is
Tues 7.30-9am
Thurs 8-9.30am
Sun 9-11am
