Our schedule is designed to balance deep practice with the luxury of time:
Morning: 30-min Meditation & Energizing Yoga Practice.
Mid-day: Optional Pilates classes or ample free time to rest.
Evening: Soft practices for deep relaxation, including Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra.
Ancient Techniques: Immerse yourself in Japa, Mantra, and Chanting.
