Hi everyone, I just wanted to let you know that I've sustained a neck injury requiring surgery. I'll be taking an extended leave of absence to focus on my rehabilitation and well-being. I won't be scheduling massage appointments until further notice, but I look forward to seeing you in the clinic on my return

Hanging out with some awesome Myofascial Cupping folk.

Myofascial Cupping is a technique that lifts and separates soft tissue (instead of compressing it like in massage). The aim of Myofascial Cupping is not to leave those red pepperoni marks like you see on Olympic swimmers but instead the aim is for the cups to glide across the skin.
The benefits of this technique are to assist in eliminating trigger points, improving range of motion and reduce fascial adhesions.
Looking forward to introducing this technique to my Emerald, FDOC and City Cave clients.

So I just picked up some massage work for State of Origin! Guess its time to start learning who the awesome Blues are!
Busy times for Emerald Remedial Massage these days between Five Dock Osteo Chiro, City Cave and NRL teams. Working on having some more availability in Five Dock over the coming weeks and will also get my website up and running, work on social media posts on Facebook and Instagram.... Just need a social media marketing manager and I'll be grand 😀
