Considering custom ear plugs or IEMs?

It’s crucial to obtain a perfect ear impression, but not all impressions are created equal!

For years, we have been taking specialised ear impressions. No matter what custom ear product you're considering, it will be ineffective and uncomfortable unless it fits perfectly.

Our ear impressions are safe and accurate.

Recently, I began exploring DIY impression kits, and to be honest, I am shocked that these kits are even sold. DIY impression kits can perforate your eardrum, leave residue, or cause damage that may require surgery. Even if the impression doesn’t cause injury, it might contain air bubbles, not be deep enough, or have missing patches. An expensive mistake.

It is challenging for a qualified clinician to obtain a perfect ear impression. Even with years of experience, we occasionally need to redo an ear impression to ensure it is perfectly suited to the product. It is a highly specialised skill. But one we are proud to have.

Ear impressions.

It's the little things that we get right that make a difference.

For 16 years we have been servicing the music industry, TV presenters, performers and audiophiles. Taking impressions for sound engineers to retrofit equipment with a custom earpiece, solving problems for singers with a specific challenge to keep IEMs comfortably in their ears while performing, teaching children how to put swimplugs into sensitive ears, and ear moulds for hearing aids, improving comfort and sound quality.

All of this starts with a perfect ear impression to ensure a perfect comfortable fit every time.
