UPDATE: It is with a heavy heart that I’m updating again to say that sadly, Ollie had been hit by a car and sustained extensive injuries to her spine resulting in her being paralysed from the waist done. There was nothing that anyone could do to enable quality of life so she was relieved from her suffering and has crossed the rainbow bridge. 🌈
Chloe, Will and the rest of the family are so grateful to the friends, family,
neighbours and strangers who helped to search, share posts and offer ideas to help bring this little girl home. It’s a small comfort to know we found her and were able to get closure about what happened but Please, if ever you hit an animal regardless of whether it is a pet or wildlife, call it in to someone or post it on social media so that someone can attend to help if you can’t stop. It may not have changed the outcome for little Ollie, but it’s the right thing to do as a human being 💔

UPDATE: OLLIE HAS BEEN FOUND!!!!
She was found on Koplick Rd tucked away in the bushes by a person walking their dog.
She has been injured and is heading to the vets for medical attention and will update anyone who is interested when we know more. Thank you to everyone for sharing and helping over the last 6 days - it is truly appreciated.

This beautiful girl belongs to my partners daughter. She is a much loved member of the family and our beloved Ollie is still missing. It’s been 6 days since she escaped and was seen by anyone and we’ve had no sightings or leads on her whereabouts since.
Surely by now, someone has to know something. She has no road sense so there’s always the possibility that someone hit her with their car given how busy the roads are around where she was last seen, however we’ve searched the sides of the roads for any signs of her with no luck. If you happened to hit her by accident, please know that we will understand and just need answers.
If you have found her and taken her, I will pay a reward for her safe return with no questions asked. We don’t need to know your name or any personal details and you can leave her in a safe spot anonymously for us to collect her. We don’t care what your reasons are for holding her this long if you’ve been caring for her we just need to known she’s alive and well and can be returned to her family.
I see so many happy outcomes where dogs are reunited with their owners and would love for this to be the same, but if it’s not and something has happened to her, we just want closure.

If any of my clients live or are travelling around Park Ridge, Chambers Flat, Logan Reserve areas, please keep an eye out for my partners daughters dog, Ollie.
She is a black, small to medium size Labrador x and is extremely anxious and timid when not with her family. She escaped from Nevada Rd at Park Ridge yesterday afternoon and was last spotted on East Beaumont Rd at approx 3.30pm. If anyone happens to see any posts on social media about a black dog or is travelling and sees her, please contact me straight away.
She is not wearing a collar but she is microchipped. Thank you

If anyone would like a 90cm foam roller I’m going to be placing an order soon. They are $35 each and depending on stock I’ll most likely be getting the purple colour.
The 90cm is a great length to work on both legs at the same time or get a nice long movement through the back and shoulders. Please comment or send me a message if you’d like one so I make sure I get enough 😁

As most of you have hopefully seen by now, on July 1st, there will be a small price increase to help cover rising costs and continue providing the best care possible.
If you have any questions or concerns about this change, please feel free to message me – I’m always happy to chat 💬

A few friendly reminders:
👉 If you’re feeling unwell, please reschedule – even mild symptoms can affect me and my more vulnerable clients
👉 Please give as much notice as you can if you need to cancel or change your appointment to avoid a late cancellation fee
👉If you try to book online and cant find a suitableble appointment day/time, please message me with your preferences and availability so that I can add you to the wait list
👉 I’m currently booking 2–3 weeks in advance for daytime spots, and 4–6 weeks ahead for later afternoon appointments – so please plan ahead where you can!

🌿 A Kind Reminder 🌿

With cold and flu season in full swing, I kindly ask that you please reschedule your appointment if you’re feeling unwell—even if symptoms seem mild.

Massage is close-contact work, and coming in sick not only puts me at risk of getting ill (and needing to cancel days of appointments), but also endangers my elderly and more vulnerable clients.

Whilst you might think receiving a massage will make you feel better while experiencing flu symptoms, it can potentially worsen your condition, especially during the acute phase of the illness. The increased blood flow and lymphatic drainage associated with massage may increase the spread of the virus and exacerbate symptoms.

Let’s all look after each other 🧡
If you’re unsure whether you should come in, feel free to message me—we can always find another time and no cancellation fee will be charged if you wake up unwell and need to cancel with short notice.

Important Price Update

An email was sent out to my customers back on 3rd April to announce a price increase. I also wanted to pop a post up in here for any new clients who may not have received it or existinf clients that may have changed their email and not been in clinic for a little while.

Body Solve service prices will be updated effective 1 July. I value your continued support and wanted to give you plenty of notice.

Until 30 June: You’ll be able to book your appointments at the regular (current) prices.
From 1 July onwards: The new prices will take effect for all appointments scheduled on or after 1 July.

These changes will allow me to continue delivering the highest standard of care and service you’ve come to expect. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to get in touch.
