We just want to put it out there that we will not be nice or tolerate anyone seeking sexual services from our practice. Unfortunately in this industry we are asked too often for these services and though there are dodgy practices out there - ours is not one. Traditional thai massage is an art form that we are very proud of and we have used it to heal so many clients. Asking for sensual/ sexual services is a form of harassment that will not be taken lightly. For men like this gentlemen calling for these services and reviewing us 1 star for our firm no - we just want to make it loud and clear that we stand by our receptionist. Anyone calling with these questions will always be met with a firm no and instructed not to contact us again. Our team have every right to feel safe in their workplace and not harassed with these questions whether over the phone or in person. If you are seeking dodgy massages please go elsewhere.

We’ve sadly had a few cases whereby to take advantage of our cash promo clients have told us they’d be going to withdraw cash after their session. We love to trust all of our clients and for the most part clients do return and do the right thing. Sadly though there has been a rise in runners so as a result we will now be taking payments prior to your massages. We do hope you’ll understand. Unfortunately when clients do a runner a we not only lose out that payment but also the cost of our staff wages. As a small business these losses do impact us greatly.

We’ve just been made aware that our landline is currently down. We are now actively working with our service provider to resolve this. Also resultant from our phone lines being down we are unable to use our EFTPOS machine and are now only able to take cash payments. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience but we will endeavour to have the matter resolved as soon as possible. Thank you, thank you & thank you to everyone! We finally made it to eased lockdowns. We have never been more happy to announce that we can finally operate again on October 28th. To all of our clients who have already made bookings we honestly can not thank you enough for your support. Words can not express how much we truly appreciate you all. For all the calls, emails, messages and DMs that we so far have been unable to respond to, we will strive to get back to everyone by tomorrow. We are proud to announce that we will be back in business from Monday 1st June! We are all so happy to be able to treat our clients again and can not wait to see everyone. We know there are many broken and tired bodies through this period and we have been inundated with queries (biggest thank you from the bottom of our hearts to all our clients 🙏🏻) and we’re working hard to get back to everyone.

Dear valued customers,
As many of you may be well aware of the recent Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic, we at Lakshmi Thai Massage have held staff meetings to determine where to go moving forwards. We have decided until there is a ban from the government that we will remain open. This is to support the income of many of our staff where this is their ONLY source of income. As a result, we have now amped up our cleaning and sanitisation policies.
THE NEW POLICY STATES:
- All staff will now wear masks when performing any massages.
- In addition to our current hand washing policies staff will now also hand sanitise BEFORE and AFTER all massages.
- Our massage beds will be disinfected after every use.
- We will now also be cleaning the shop 3 times a day, sanitising the floors and walls. -Any staff found to be sick will be sent home and definitely will not be performing and massages.
- In addition we will also have an air purifier running to kill any airborne germs and bacteria.
- Staff have also decided to limit the number of clients we take on at a given time. We are now only accepting a maximum of two clients at a time on weekdays and three clients at a time on weekends. This will allow us to maximise the space between each client. As a result we do recommend booking beforehand to secure your spot. For bookings please call us on 99954546.

We would also like to ask all guests that if you are sick please consult a doctor before coming in - even if you believe it is to be a simple cold and flu. If anyone has travelled within the last 14 days we ask for you to remain at home. We are truly sorry for any inconvenience this may cause but for the health and safety of everyone, particularly those most vulnerable we do hope everyone can understand and empathise with our decisions. We wish for everyone to stay safe and healthy through these hard times.

Also if anyone believes they may have contracted COVID-19 or been in contact with someone who has please call the Coronavirus hotline on 1800 675 398. If you do believe you may have COVID-19 symptoms please call up your GP office beforehand so they can prepare for you to come in. We do stress that you do not just turn up as, if you were to have contracted COVID-19, there will likely be children, elderly or those with weak immune systems or underlying health conditions whom are most vulnerable from this disease already there at the clinic. Please take this disease seriously on their behalf and remain united and strong in our fight against this pandemic 💪🏻🙏🏻
