how are you coping with Covid at the moment? Remember a few things to keep yourselves healthier.
drink enough water or fluids…not alcohol.
when you wake up in the mornings, stretch like a cat or dog. Get into the fresh and inhale/ exhale 5 times , very big inhalations.
eat a lot of fresh food, fruit and veg. Abstain from sugary foods and drinks….your immune system may be affected if you have too much sugar.
remember to was your hands regularly. Soap and water is best.
wear your mask when you need to. Wash your mask regularly or change it daily. Refresh the mask with Virablok mask spray when needed.
remember to de stress daily. Meditate, exercise, read, write, go out for a coffee with a friend.
make contact with friends and family regularly. Make sure they are ok, tell them you love them.
