We had the pleasure of attending the .uwa Trade Show today and meeting pharmacy students.

It was great to connect with students and share more about PSWA and the opportunities available as they transition into interns and future pharmacists.

The historical pharmacy items on our stand were a highlight, reflecting PSWA’s role in preserving the history of pharmacy in Western Australia.

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Rosie Earl to the role of PSWA Executive Officer.

Rosie is an experienced WA pharmacist from Fiona Stanley Hospital who has been a long-standing contributor to PSWA through her involvement in the Engagement and Communications Sub-committee.

On behalf of our members and the PSWA Board, we welcome Rosie and look forward to her expanded contribution to PSWA’s vision to shape the future of innovative pharmacy practice and research in Western Australia.

After 10 years with PSWA, we would like to recognise Executive Officer Jocelyn Sisson and the extraordinary contribution she has made to the organisation.

Those who have worked with Jocelyn know the care, integrity and commitment she brings to everything she does. Time and again she has gone above and beyond for PSWA, often quietly working behind the scenes to ensure everything runs smoothly.

We thank Jocelyn for her decade of dedication and hard work for PSWA. She will be greatly missed and we wish her all the very best for the next chapter 💛
